Light-Rail Transit Pre-Construction Work Begins — Co-locating all utilities in 4 th Street rather than relocating some utilities to other streets will save time and money with less impact on businesses, pedestrians and motorists. Hans Nyman Scholarships Awarded — These scholarships help finance the education of students who have demonstrated an interest in district heating and cooling, combined heat and power, energy conservation and/or environmental quality improvement. |
