2000 Annual ReportSaint Paul's streetscape changed dramatically during the year 2000 when construction of several major buildings was completed. We thought it would be interesting to go back to the turn of the century to look at the structures that occupied the same city blocks as five of the new buildings do today—all of which chose to connect to our heating and cooling systems.
