
Erin Campbell
Erin Campbell is the Assistant Commissioner for Facilities and Enterprise Services at the Department of Administration. She oversees the work of the facilities management division, fleet and surplus services, real estate and construction, enterprise real property and the Office of Enterprise Sustainability (OES). Erin has been in this role since 2015, and in that time has provided leadership and project management on major initiatives, including oversight for the restoration of the Minnesota State Capitol, planning and execution of the Capitol Grand Opening and driving the advancement of sustainability in state government operations through the creation of OES.
Erin previously served as the deputy chief of staff for legislative and policy affairs for Governor Mark Dayton, providing strategic guidance and advice on all legislative and policy matters before the state legislature and throughout state agencies. Prior to joining the Department of Administration, Erin worked for two years as a lobbyist with the Messerli & Kramer Government Relations Group and from 2011-2013, Erin served as senior policy advisor to Governor Dayton. Erin also spent six years working for the Minnesota Senate.
Erin joined the District Energy board in 2020 as the representative for large customers. She graduated from Concordia College in 2004 with majors in social work and Spanish and minors in political science and psychology. In her free time she enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures, going to concerts, and quality time with friends, family and her beagle.
