John M. Clark

John M. Clark is a finance leader with more than 16 years of experience in healthcare financial planning, analysis, and operations. He currently serves as Vice President of Finance for HealthPartners Medical Group and its network of hospitals, including Regions, Lakeview, Hudson, Westfields, and Amery.

John previously served as Vice President of Finance at Regions Hospital, where he led financial reporting, budgeting, and planning. Earlier in his career, he held several financial leadership roles at Regions, including Director and Manager of Financial Analysis, and Senior Financial Analyst. He has also led major organizational initiatives, including the integration of Oracle ERP systems and the restructuring of financial reporting across the HealthPartners system.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, John serves on the Osceola Medical Center Board and Finance Committee and is an Accelerated Leadership Development Trainer at Regions Hospital. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Minnesota State University, Mankato. He is also a United States Marine Corps veteran, having served as an Infantry Squad Leader and Honor Guard member.
