Common Billing Questions

Can I get my account balance or a copy of an invoice?

Individuals authorized on the account can request billing and account information by completing the request form.

Can I set up automatic payments?

Customers have the option to set up payments to be made automatically from a designated bank account. Complete the Application for Automatic Payment.

Can I get my bill by email?

Customers can eliminate monthly paper invoices and receive bills by email by completing the request form.

Can I pay my bill by credit card?

District Energy does not currently accept credit card payments. Please let us know if you are interested in this option, and we will look into it further.
