Jody Rodrigues

Jody Rodrigues is a human resources leader at The Travelers Companies, where he has worked since 2013. In his role, he leads talent development initiatives and supports employees through all stages of their careers, helping individuals and teams grow while advancing organizational goals. Rodrigues began his career as a street outreach social worker before transitioning into product management, specializing in digital experiences and agile delivery. He now brings a combination of people-centered leadership and digital expertise to his work in human resources, with a focus on leadership development, workplace culture, and diversity and inclusion.

As a strong supporter of Saint Paul and renewable energy innovation, he joined the District Energy St. Paul Board of Directors to support the organization’s mission of delivering reliable, cost-effective energy solutions while advancing long-term sustainability goals. He is also active in volunteer work with nonprofit organizations across the Saint Paul and Minneapolis communities.
